**The Role**:
Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our Dutch-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.

**You're the ideal fit if you**:

- Are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Possess outstanding communication skills.
- Are keen to learn.
- **(Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.

**Your day-to-day tasks**:

- Address the questions and concerns of Dutch-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
- Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
