**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Strong expertise in IT Service and incident, problem and change processes
- Practical and structured understanding of ITIL processes
- Expertise and practice of a ticketing tool (ServiceNow is a plus)
- Hands-on expertise in IT Operations environment
- English environment in an International context (written and spoken)
- Spanish environment in an International context (written and spoken)
- Ability for communication (written and spoken) for interaction with various stakeholders (IT, Business, Executives) in stressful situations, in an intercultural environment
- Ability to engage various stakeholders to collaborate as a team on urgent situations, assertiveness and result-oriented
- Ability to manage and promote change and best practices
- Proactivity to propose and implement improvement actions, identify problems, share ideas.
