**Perfil**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
- Experience in IT helpdesk support and team management;
- Knowledge in ITSM and support control systems;
- Excellent skills in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom and networking;
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy;
- Communication in English and Portuguese. Nice to have: Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies. Main responsabilities: Supervise and guide a team of service desk technicians, fostering a culture of outstanding customer service;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and coaching to enhance team efficiency and skill set;
- Provide initial contact and communicate resolutions for customer issues related to various IP technologies.
