**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive **Sales Operations & Executive Assistant** to support our sales process end-to-end. This is a sales-focused support role (not a general VA) responsible for scheduling, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, sales materials, and internal coordination so deals move forward smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Track next steps, tasks, and deadlines
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Organize sales decks, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure follow-through
- Keep pipeline and sales materials clean, current, and organized

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional written and spoken English (required)
- Prior experience supporting sales, executives, or sales operations
- Experience using CRMs and task management tools
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Ability to overlap at least **2-4 hours with US West Coast time**
