**The Offer**
- Help customers resolve technical problems associated with the products or services
- Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
- Identify, study and propose a solution for the technical issue
- Provide good customer service, making sure the client is always happy once the interaction is finished
- Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
- Be up to date with all developments in the technical area of work, to ensure you are always informed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and fluency in English
- Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
