**_Employee Communications EMEA - Manager - English - Remote EMEA/EU_**

**_ In this role, you will be part of the EMEA marketing team and be responsible for helping position Genpact as the most valued change agent in digital transformation and be seen as ‘the culture of choice for the talent of choice’ with our employees across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You must possess strong written and verbal communications skills, be able to bring in new ideas and see them through to execution. This role will require you to be self-driven, consultative, and well-networked with multiple functional teams in the organization. You understand that to win hearts and minds you need to take an earned-first approach to engagement._**

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
**_ _**
- **_Engage with global and local stakeholders, functions and agencies to develop the narratives, content, and channels to grow Genpact’s internal employer brand and reputation across EMEA (including external influencers and channels)._**
**_ _**
- **_Partner with business leaders, HR, and recruitment to understand business needs, perceptions and trends that could affect changes in reputation, employee sentiment and behaviors. _**
- **_Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing approaches to keep us one step ahead._**
**_ _**
- **_Partner with communications and talent marketing to design and deliver integrated internal communications campaigns, community outreach, and related communication program that supports the talent acquisition and retention strategy. Inspire employees to create and share their stories._**

- **_Create a connected employee experience and make employees proud of what we do and say - and make prospective employees want to be a part of it_**

- **_Arrange a variety of employee events - virtual, hybrid and physical._**
**_ _**
- **_Co-manage spokesperson development across EMEA, creating unique storylines that are aligned to key messaging and company priorities._**

- **_Assist with speaker opportunities for tier 1 spokespeople across EMEA_**
**_ _**
- **_Partner with business and marketing teams on strategy metrics across all channels and to measure, analyze, and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best results for the organization_**

- **
**_ Skills & Qualifications_**
**_ _**
- **_Relevant years of experience gained within the professional services or IT industry_**
**_ _**
- **_Excellent written and spoken English_**
**_ _**
- **_Bachelor’s degree a must_**
**_ _**
- **_Experience in internal communications, employee engagement and employer branding_**
**_ _**
- **_Experience in public relations and/ or executive communications preferred_**
**_ _**
- **_Strong understanding of business and communications issues related to EMEA_**
**_ _**
- **_Strong understanding of regional talent acquisition and retention_**
**_ _**
- **_Ability to recognize and create high-impact creative narratives and initiatives that engage audiences and create compelling employee experiences and storylines_**
**_ _**
- **_Knowledge of social and digital channels to help attract and retain employees, and position the company as an ‘employer of choice’ to prospective hires_**
**_ _**
- **_Articulate and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills_**
**_ _**
- **_Conveys credibility and can provide counsel to senior level executives_**
**_ _**
- **_Ability to think broad and deep, and has a natural strength in navigating highly sensitive topics_**

- **_Excellent project management skills, including a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with focused attention to detail_**
