**Benelux market.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Within a team of international Customer Service, your mission and main activities will be:

- Make contact with the users of our services, understand and analyse their businesses, identify their needs / demands;
- Your contacts are professionals in all industries and their needs can potentially cover the entire field of activity of an established company.
- Offer them adequate services by maximizing their satisfaction and our selling rates
- Define with them how to follow up their projects
- Ensure a high level of services quality
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Someone who likes challenges and wants to join an adventure in an international environment.
- Someone with a strong business sense able to make a careful analysis of the needs of the audience.
- Very fluent in French and Flemish/Dutch
- Consolidated knowledge in English is a plus
- Ability to express on the phone in a sales setting (in both French and Flemish/Dutch).
- Someone very comfortable with internet use and computer skills.
- First experience of incoming and outgoing calls is a plus.
- Someone curious and with a strong learning ability
