**Responsibilities**:

- Provides a full People Business Partnership with all leaders in the market, specifically focusing on building strong relationships with the Retail team (Head of Retail, Store Managers, others).
- Covers the full Employee Journey, e.g. recruitment, onboarding, payroll, comp & benefits liaison, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and offboarding processes in the market.
- Supports the implementation, maintenance, and continual evolution & updating of People Processes.
- Actively supports and contributes to global People projects.
- Maintains awareness and knowledge of People & training theory and methods.
- Gives advice on legal issues, taking guidance as necessary. Deals with disciplinary and grievance appeals for organizations. Ensures managers are trained in dealing with investigation and disciplinary meetings.
- Keeps People policies and procedures updated in line with employment legislation.
- Coaches and trains leaders on People issues e.g. employment law, absence, recruitment, etc.
- Ensures maintenance of personnel files for all employees.
- Ensures annual performance development and salary reviews are processed.
- Assists in managing HR-related aspects of organizational change.
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the execution of all tasks related to payroll, employee documentation, reports, health and safety, and comp & ben.
- Supports in setting and following up the people budget and forecast for the market.
