We are looking for a full-time colleague for our newly formed People Operations Team **(on a temporary basis for one year).**

**What your job will involve**:

- Creation of new hire contracts for Germany, Austria, Switzerland
- Creation of other documents, e. g. reference letters
- Maintenance of employee data
- Coordination of On-/Offboarding processes
- Other administrative tasks
- Project support

**What you should offer**:

- You have experience in People Operations, ideally in a shared services environment
- You are tech savy (MS Office, ideally experienced in working with Workday and/or SAP) You are characterized by a precise working style as well as an independent way of working
- You are proactive, flexible and highly customer-oriented
- Your communication skills are one of your strengths
- Your profile is rounded off with an excellent command fluent in German and English
