**Job Description**:

- Collaborate closely with the Manager of Strategy & Operations as part of the CEO office to align people strategies with iLoF's mission and business goals gaining valuable exposure and contributing to high-level decision-making.
- Champion and cultivate a workplace culture that embodies iLoF's core values and supports employee growth and satisfaction.
- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes that enhance employee experience.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Create and manage people operations processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on talent management, performance reviews, and career development.
- Develop and oversee programs that enhance employee wellbeing, growth, and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- ** People and Culture Experience**: You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in people operations, HR, or a similar role, with a strong focus on culture, values, and talent management. (Startup/consulting experience is highly valued)
- ** Organizational Expertise**: Proven experience in organizational planning, talent acquisition, and talent management is essential
- ** Cultural Catalyst**:Ability to champion and cultivate a workplace culture that aligns with iLoF's values and fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- ** Strategic Mindset**:You should possess the ability to align people strategies with business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- ** Effective Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
- ** Process-Oriented**:Strong organizational skills and an eye for optimizing people operations processes for efficiency and compliance.
