**To do what**:

Be one of the focal points on employee & contractors for doubts, requests, questions or any operations needs;
- Monitorize the employee journey on onboarding plan, benefits and contracts, day 30, the contracts periods, probations and renews;
- Provide company reports and fill out official surveys;
- Guarantee the engagement of employees on operations tasks such as onboarding presentation and birthday cards;
- Help foster the company culture, proposing improvements to current processes and suggesting new ways of HR working;
- Off-boarding - supporting the legal documentation and communication, paycheck and off-boarding process in equipment return and access.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience - work experience as an HR Operations, Administrator or HR Generalist;
- Experience with onboarding and off-boarding process in a fast speed environment;Knowledge of Portuguese labor law & practices;
- Strong ability to communicate with employees, internal stakeholders and external parties;
- Detailed oriented and ability to deal with a high volume of information keeping the organization, prioritization and quality of it;
- Proactive and passionate about process improvements in order to keep an agile mindset in operations;
- Team player and positive attitude among Culture & Talent team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
