We are looking for Dutch speakers with excellent communication skills to provide high-quality customer satisfaction for this innovative team

**Your profile**:
Fluent in Dutch and a high level of English.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Computer-savvy.
Interested in providing quality customer service.
Open to learning about customer care strategies and understanding the company's products.
Able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Customer-oriented.

**Your responsibilities**:
Provide outstanding customer experiences.
Resolve customer questions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Give advice, answer questions, and promote the brands in every interaction.
Place orders.
Work with other teams to ensure any issues are resolved for the consumer.
