Automation Technical Manager

**ATLoS** is preparing the industry of the future by developing outdoor AGVs (Autonomous Guided Vehicles) with payloads of up to 14 tonnes. The AGV is an intelligent, zero emission solution that operates fully autonomously in controlled environments. We aim to provide innovative solutions to the global market with high levels of efficiency, safety and reliability.
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced **Automation Technical Manager** who is motivated to work on challenging innovation projects. Join our amazing team focused on developing and deploying AGVs for a more innovative future.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage and coach the team to develop personally and professionally to achieve the organisation's goals.
- Review and improve our solutions to ensure they meet our standards of quality and reliability.
- Brainstorm and develop new ideas with our team to take ATLoS solutions to the next level.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the ATLOS organisation.
**Job Profile**:
- Electronic or physical engineer
- Knowledge of industrial automation engineering (PLC programming, S7, CODESYS, Safety designer, eplan)
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering
- Experience in AGV/AMR technology is appreciated
