**Role Overview**

**We count on you for**:

- HR Administrative tasks leading with 800 employees;
- Participation in weekly HR meetings;
- Learn how to do Invoice control & payment of the external HR vendors (training in the tools: SAP, PF1, SRM7, e-catalog);
- Management of HR Benefits such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Lunch Allowance cards, Labor medicine;
- Improve internal procedures and innovate
- Ongoing projects in SuccessFactors

**You will bring**:

- University degree in Human Resources Management or similar areas
- No previous experience needed
- Ability and openness to communicate and be innovative
- Fluent in English (multinational environment)
- Proficient with IT tools (Excel and Google)
- Team player, open-minded for a multicultural environment
- Very good interpersonal skills (you'll work directly with the entire SBS organization including remotely with other countries)
- Flexibility to work with different teams
- High communication skills
- Autonomous, ready to take initiative and results oriented ability to follow
- up and follow through with multiple tasks
- Ability to work with daily objectives
