What you'll be doing:

  • Support Champion: Provide top-tier assistance via phone and email to resolve various customer inquiries.
  • Information Expert: Use established procedures to deliver accurate, complete, and valid information.
  • Accountability: Take full ownership of customer queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Relationship Builder: Build meaningful, friendly connections with our community in every interaction.

What we are looking for:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (C1/C2) and a strong working knowledge of English (B2).
  • Tech Intuition: The confidence to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to systems, devices, and connectivity.
  • Clarity: The ability to guide customers through complex procedures with patience and ease.
  • Eligibility: You hold EU Citizenship, a valid Residence Card, or a Manifest of Interest.
