- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
- Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Fluent Dutch speaker.
- Good command of English (B2 or above).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive content.
- Previous experience in a contact center is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.
