Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and structured case documentation in internal systems.
- Follow company guidelines and meet service level targets.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when required.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level in Dutch.
- B1/B2 level in English (for internal communication).
- Strong communication and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Salary
- 1,253 gross/month x 14 months (Exact salary may vary depending on project)
