We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant and multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

Your Role:

Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general support, and technical troubleshooting.

Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).

Ensure policy compliance while responding to customer requests.

Escalate complex cases when necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Work Schedule:

Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day.

If you're a native Portuguese speaker with a good English proficiency (C2) and strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
