Role Overview

We're seeking a
Key Account Manager
to lead strategic client relationships and oversee delivery of MES projects. You'll manage commercial offers, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure client satisfaction from planning to Go-Live.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts within assigned accounts.
  • Lead commercial proposals and billing milestones.
  • Coordinate sales and project phases.
  • Participate in governance and risk management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' Experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Knowledge of MES/MOM systems and/or industrial IT.
  • Strong communication and sales coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
