This is a 100% remote position

Join us as a Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers via multiple channels in Catalan and Spanish languages;
  • Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.

What are we looking for:

  • Native or fluent in Catalan and Spanish (level C1+);
  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, on a rotating shift schedule (including weekends);
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
