What you will do

  • Manage and support B2B travel clients, providing expert advice on bookings, itineraries, and travel solutions.
  • Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and support business growth.
  • Keep up to date with travel industry trends, products, and promotions to provide the best guidance.

Who you are

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
