Job Title: Senior Travel Agent

Location: Remote within Portugal, or hybrid in Lisbon the choice is yours

Type of Employment: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base salary

Role Overview

As a Senior B2B Travel Agent, you'll be the go-to expert for supporting business travellers with their bookings and resolving travel-related challenges. From routine questions to urgent itinerary changes, you'll deliver top-tier service that reflects the brands high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, personalized assistance to corporate travellers via multiple communication channels

  • Support users with technical issues, platform queries, and time-sensitive travel concerns

  • Keep up with platform updates and industry trends to maintain service excellence

  • Collaborate with teams across regions and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

  • Offer feedback to internal stakeholders, including product and engineering, to improve customer tools and processes

  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

  • Native or fluent speaker of French, German, Italian or English with strong command of English (B2 level or higher) if this is not your native language

  • Prior experience in travel and hotel customer service environments

  • GDS knowledge required hands-on experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is a must

  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven role where performance metrics guide success

  • Skilled at tailoring verbal and written communication to suit individual customer needs

  • Enthusiastic team player who values feedback, collaboration, and shared success

  • Technically proficient with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and internal travel platforms

  • Open to working on a rotating shift schedule covering Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM 10:00 PM (including weekends and non-standard hours)
