Join a global team where communication meets innovation
We're looking for motivated German and French-speaking professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences — helping users, solving problems, and achieving sales goals with confidence and care
Your Role:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email & chat
Record and follow up on requests in the system (CRM)
Provide accurate information and updates on customer cases
Meet quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service quality
Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, customer-focused operations
What You Bring:
German or French (fluent/C1 preferred) + English (B2)
Previous customer support experience (mandatory)
Background in sales or contact center (a plus)
Strong communication, empathy & problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
What's Offered:
Base salary + Performance bonus: €225/month
Meal allowance: €7.23/day (net, meal card)
Health insurance after 6 months
6-month renewable contract (CDD) with full training & career growth opportunities
