ABOUTTHEROLE

We are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and impactful campaigns. This critical role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to lead teams, adapt to trends, and deliver exceptional marketing outcomes.

ABOUTTHEJOB:
  • Define, build, and execute a plan to surpass company goals for Marketing Qualified Leads and opportunity conversions.
  • Brand strategy and identity, product marketing, and development support.
  • Develop innovative email marketing and retargeting strategies.
  • Plan integrated marketing campaigns and oversee the development and design of multichannel content, including social media, paid search, YouTube, and email.
  • Content & Communication, by strategizing and driving the creation of compelling content across email campaigns, websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Coordination with PR and Production (video, Design).
  • Engage in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage collective expertise and insights.
  • Continuously explore and integrate emerging digital marketing tools and trends to keep the company's marketing strategies innovative and effective.
  • Demonstrate leadership in aligning marketing strategies with company objectives, ensuring team cohesion, and productivity.
ABOUTYOU
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in branding, product marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Strong background in sales collateral creation and support for B2C and B2B sales teams.
  • Experience collaborating with product or service development teams.
  • A strong creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture audience attention.
  • Demonstrable experience creating successful campaigns across paid search, email, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, visual, and persuasive communication.
  • Proficiency in working with a variety of tools and software.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
NICETOHAVE
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, investment, or real estate industries.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (Active Campaign preferred).
  • International or multicultural work experience.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva) and project management platforms (Clickup).
  • Knowledge of PR, corporate reputation management or event branding and analyses and reporting of performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (Active Campaign preferred).
