Marketing Manager (LATAM)

About the Role

As a LATAM Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global marketing strategy and driving growth across Latin American markets. Based in Lisbon, you will execute integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and generate measurable business results.

This role requires a balance of creativity and commercial acumen, as well as strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all initiatives align with strategic objectives and reflect the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM audiences, strengthening brand visibility and engagement.
  • Localize global marketing strategies and materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance across the region.
  • Manage partnerships with key external stakeholders, overseeing negotiations, activations, and performance analysis.
  • Create and curate compelling, on-brand content across multiple channels, including digital, social, and events.
  • Plan and manage a monthly social media content calendar, supporting engagement and follower growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Contribute to content creation, including copywriting for brochures, event collateral, and marketing merchandise.
  • Organize and support events across LATAM markets, from planning to post-event analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (both required).
  • Proven ability to brief and coordinate with design and web development teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in CFD / Forex / financial services industries (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of social media management and content best practices.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with video production, direction, or editing.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese language.
