About the Role:

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the first line of defense for our growing advertising platform. You'll be the trusted advisor for advertisers and agencies, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot any technical issues, and ensure they're getting the most out of their advertising campaigns.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Be the go-to person for advertisers and agencies, providing exceptional customer service in both Italian and English .
  • Resolve technical issues and report bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Become a platform expert, guiding customers through features and functionalities.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide personalized support.
  • Be a champion for our advertising platform, fostering positive relationships with customers.
