About the Role
We are hiring an
Italian-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist
to join an international team supporting
advertising clients
. In this role, you will work directly with advertisers, helping them troubleshoot issues, optimise their campaigns, and deliver an excellent customer experience across digital advertising products.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
end-to-end B2B customer support
to advertisers via
email and chat - Troubleshoot
product, technical, and campaign-related issues - Collaborate with
Product Operations and Engineering teams
to resolve complex cases - Proactively identify opportunities to
improve service quality and user experience - Ensure high
customer satisfaction (CSAT)
through timely updates and case ownership - Meet and exceed
service level agreements (SLAs)
and productivity targets - Educate advertisers on
product features, best practices, and common issues
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian
(mandatory) - Experience with
paid campaign management
(mandatory) - Degree in
Marketing or a related field - Background in
Digital Marketing - Previous experience in a
Contact Centre or Advertising Tech environment - Strong understanding of
social media platforms and digital advertising - Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
Contract & Schedule
- Initial contract:
6 months (renewable) - Working hours:
Monday–Sunday, 07:00–19:00 (rotating shifts) - Days off:
2 rotating days per week
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary:
€985/month (paid in 14 months) - Complexity Bonus:
€80/month (paid in 11 months) - Meal Allowance:
€7.63 per working day - Health Insurance:
From day 1
Relocation Package
- Accommodation provided
for up to 12 months - Shared apartment room
- €280/month (utilities included, deducted from salary)
- Full
relocation and integration support

- Local registration and onboarding in Lisbon
