About the Role

We are hiring an
Italian-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist
to join an international team supporting
advertising clients
. In this role, you will work directly with advertisers, helping them troubleshoot issues, optimise their campaigns, and deliver an excellent customer experience across digital advertising products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    end-to-end B2B customer support
    to advertisers via
    email and chat
  • Troubleshoot
    product, technical, and campaign-related issues
  • Collaborate with
    Product Operations and Engineering teams
    to resolve complex cases
  • Proactively identify opportunities to
    improve service quality and user experience
  • Ensure high
    customer satisfaction (CSAT)
    through timely updates and case ownership
  • Meet and exceed
    service level agreements (SLAs)
    and productivity targets
  • Educate advertisers on
    product features, best practices, and common issues

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Italian
    (mandatory)
  • Experience with
    paid campaign management
    (mandatory)
  • Degree in
    Marketing or a related field
  • Background in
    Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a
    Contact Centre or Advertising Tech environment
  • Strong understanding of
    social media platforms and digital advertising
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work
    independently and as part of a team

Contract & Schedule

  • Initial contract:
    6 months (renewable)
  • Working hours:
    Monday–Sunday, 07:00–19:00 (rotating shifts)
  • Days off:
    2 rotating days per week

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary:
    €985/month (paid in 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus:
    €80/month (paid in 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance:
    €7.63 per working day
  • Health Insurance:
    From day 1

Relocation Package

  • Accommodation provided
    for up to 12 months
  • Shared apartment room
  • €280/month (utilities included, deducted from salary)
  • Full
    relocation and integration support
    , including help with:
  • NIF & NISS
  • Bank account setup
  • Local registration and onboarding in Lisbon
