YOUR ROLE

As a Business Revenue Account Manager, you will:

  • Monitor and control daily billing and invoicing processes across markets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
  • Validate controls and documentation, including monthly checks and incident follow-ups.
  • Prepare audit files and support internal/external audits.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices, reports, and responses to queries, escalating issues when needed.
  • Manage email and phone communications, providing regular feedback on pending matters.
  • Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support transformation initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Management (or related fields).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is mandatory).
  • Advanced English and French (spoken and written).
  • Excellent soft skills, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational abilities.
