Principais Responsabilidades

  • Definir e executar
    estratégias de pricing e revenue management
    para maximizar
    ocupação, ADR e RevPAR
    .
  • Analisar
    tendências de mercado e concorrência
    , ajustando em tempo real as estratégias de distribuição e yield.
  • Supervisionar
    operações diárias
    , garantindo qualidade no atendimento e uma
    experiência memorável ao hóspede
    .
  • Manter
    relações transparentes com proprietários
    , apresentando relatórios de performance e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Implementar
    melhorias de processos
    que aumentem a rentabilidade e escalabilidade do negócio.


Perfil Procurado

  • Experiência comprovada em
    Revenue Management
    ou
    Gestão Operacional Hoteleira/Imobiliária
    .
  • Sólido conhecimento de
    ADR, RevPAR, forecasting
    e outras métricas-chave.
  • Familiaridade com
    PMS e Channel Managers
    (Hostaway, Cloudbeds, Opera ou similares).
  • Perfil
    analítico e orientado a resultados
    , com domínio de
    Excel/Google Sheets
    .
  • Excelentes competências de
    comunicação e resolução de problemas
    .
  • Fluência em inglês e/ou português.

We're looking for a
Revenue Manager
to lead the
revenue strategy
and support the
daily operations
of a growing portfolio of
short-term rentals
in Lisbon.

This is a
strategic and multifaceted role
, ideal for someone who combines
analytical vision

team leadership

passion for hospitality
.


Main Responsibilities

  • Define and execute
    pricing and revenue management strategies
    to maximize
    occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
    .
  • Analyse
    market trends and competition
    , adjusting distribution and yield strategies in real time.
  • Supervise
    daily operations
    , ensuring top-quality service and a
    memorable guest experience
    .
  • Maintain
    transparent relationships with property owners
    , presenting performance reports and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and implement
    process improvements
    to enhance profitability and scalability.


Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in
    Revenue Management
    or
    Hotel/Property Operations
    .

Strong understanding of
ADR, RevPAR, forecasting
, and key performance metrics.

  • Familiar with
    PMS and Channel Managers
    (Hostaway, Cloudbeds, Opera or similar).
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset
    , with strong
    Excel/Google Sheets
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Fluent in English and/or Portuguese.
