Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver clear, insightful financial reports to executive committees
  • Track, analyze, and forecast project financial performance and KPIs
  • Support portfolio analysis and budget optimization
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance presentations
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with governance standards
  • Design, implement, and manage
    Quality Gate
    processes across all program projects
  • Conduct quality reviews and gate assessments
  • Support Project Managers in quality assurance and compliance
  • Guarantee adherence to methodologies and quality standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
  • Contribute to overall program governance and compliance frameworks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and set clear expectations
  • Coordinate between financial, quality, and project management teams
  • Maintain structured documentation and process standards
  • Support change management initiatives across the program

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a
    PMO
    or similar role
  • Solid understanding of
    Quality Gate
    processes
  • Experience with PMO tools and financial systems
  • Proven ability in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies
  • PMP
    or equivalent certification
  • Experience in global, cross-functional environments is a plus
  • Fluent in
    English
    (spoken and written)

  • Availability to work within the
