Missão da Função

Gerir a carteira de contratos em incumprimento, de modo a regularizar as dívidas dos clientes nas diferentes fases de recuperação, desde o primeiro incumprimento até ao pré-contencioso, aplicando os procedimentos estipulados.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Contactar os clientes, com o objetivo de recuperar os valores em atraso, propondo o melhor acordo de pagamento, que garanta o cumprimento pelo cliente e os objetivos definidos pela Direção.
  • Verificar a informação do cliente e atualizar, se necessário.
  • Prestar informações sobre temas relacionados com os contratos em vigência ou já terminados.
  • Registo dos contactos e detalhe em plataformas específicas, sempre no enquadramento dos procedimentos definidos, consoante o tipo de situação tratada com o cliente.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Habilitações mínimas ao nível do 12.º Ano de Escolaridade;
  • Forte capacidade para trabalhar em equipa e por objetivos;
  • Dinamismo e boa capacidade de organização;
  • Conhecimentos de produtos financeiros (Crédito, Revolving, ALD e Leasing), preferencialmente;
  • Capacidade de persuasão, argumentação e negociação via telefone;
  • Autonomia funcional;
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador.
