Head of Product
, com autonomia para construir e liderar a equipa e moldar o funcionamento da operação.
Responsabilidades:
- Definir e estruturar a operação rodoviária internacional;
- Liderar e desenvolver uma equipa de
Operações e Customer Service; - Estabelecer processos, indicadores de performance (KPIs) e padrões de serviço;
- Colaborar com a estrutura em decisões estratégicas;
- Garantir integração e consistência com o portfólio de clientes existente;
- Contribuir para o crescimento e expansão de novos serviços e mercados;
Qualificações:
- Experiência sólida em
operações rodoviárias internacionais; - Histórico comprovado em
gestão de equipas e liderança operacional; - Capacidade de trabalhar de forma
autónoma e estratégica
, construindo processos e estruturas; - Experiência em empresas multinacionais ou operadores internacionais será valorizada;
- Inglês funcional a fluente (outra língua europeia é uma vantagem);
- Perfil proativo, orientado para resultados e com visão de crescimento.
