We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager – Partnerships at Indie Campers, you'll be a key player in managing and scaling our global partner ecosystem across North America, Europe, and APAC. You'll be responsible for a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring their success through data-driven decision-making, strong commercial acumen, and excellent relationship management. 
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Tech and Customer Experience to support partner performance, satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.  

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Manage a portfolio of global partners, owning the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to performance optimization
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Use tools like Metabase, CRM platforms, and G-Suite to monitor partner KPIs and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent partner satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities, share feedback, and streamline partner operations
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives to elevate the partnerships function and drive scalable value

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Academic Background
  • Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Professional Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships
  • Background in platform-based businesses or global, fast-growing companies is highly desirable
  • Experience working with partners across multiple regions or time zones is a plus

Technical / Hard Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Comfortable building performance reports and drawing actionable insights from data

Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability; comfortable working independently
  • Agile, curious, and adaptable — thrives in dynamic environments
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value

Basic Requirements
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
