Compensation & Benefits Specialist Junior
para integrar a equipa de Recursos Humanos e contribuir para a definição, gestão e implementação de políticas salariais competitivas e alinhadas com o mercado. O(a) profissional irá assegurar a atualização contínua das estruturas e sistemas de RH, garantindo a fiabilidade dos dados e produzindo análises que apoiem a tomada de decisão e promovam a eficiência organizacional.

Principais Responsabilidades
:

  • Apoiar a implementação das políticas de compensação e benefícios em linha com as práticas internas e tendências de mercado
  • Assegurar a atualização de estruturas e sistemas de RH (ex.: SAP, SuccessFactors,…)
  • Produzir dashboards e relatórios de HR Analytics, garantindo a qualidade e consistência da informação
  • Apoiar a gestão e controlo dos custos de pessoal e indicadores chave, bem como a preparação do orçamento de payroll e contribuir para o exercício de revisão salarial
  • Participar em projetos transversais de RH, nomeadamente nas áreas de otimização de processos e digitalização

O que procuramos?

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Economia e Engenharia
  • Experiência inicial (até 2 anos) em funções analíticas, financeiras ou de RH (valorizada experiência em Compensation & Benefits)
  • Domínio avançado de Excel (incluindo fórmulas complexas, tabelas dinâmicas e modelos analíticos)
  • Forte capacidade analítica e rigor no tratamento de dados e números
  • Empatia, discrição e interesse genuíno por pessoas, cultura e desenvolvimento organizacional
  • Espírito colaborativo, curiosidade e proatividade
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e confidencialidade
  • Capacidade de planeamento e organização
  • Pensamento crítico e orientado a soluções
  • Comunicação clara e colaborativa
