About the role:
As Emma's
(Senior)
Buyer
for
Logistics Services & Supply Chain Solutions,
you will be responsible for the strategic purchasing, management, and optimization of warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution solutions across our EMEA region (11 countries). This role acts as the main point of contact for all commercial and contractual discussions related to fulfillment services, including warehousing and distribution.

You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Network Management.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for the strategic purchasing of warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution solutions;
• Act as the point of contact for commercial and contractual discussions for fulfillment services (Warehousing and Distribution);
• Manage all sourcing strategies for fulfillment services and lead the execution of sourcing projects;
• Steer the network with a set of criteria to identify key partners (Currently 20+ warehouses and dropshipping locations);
• Handle supplier management for different key partners;
• Take responsibility for additional investment, ramp-up, or ramp-down of partners;
• Drive operations by anticipating the needs of the supply chain;
• Support the network design team with market knowledge to shape the fulfillment backbone;
• Negotiate contracts, rates, service level agreements, and investments;
• Act as the expert in cost assessment, retro-engineering, and benchmarking of partners;
• Support standardization procedures in standard cost grids.

Who we're looking for:

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related subject;
• You have 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably focused in Logistics Services and Supply Chain Solutions.
• You're experienced in Tendering processes, Advanced negotiation, Contracting and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills;
• You have an independent and structured way of working;
