Qual será a Tua missão?

Reportando ao Diretor Comercial, terás como principal missão coordenar o planeamento dos fluxos de aprovisionamento às Lojas, em articulação com as áreas Comercial e Logística e com fornecedores e parceiros externos, otimizando o inventário existente e os recursos alocados.

Quais serão as Tuas Responsabilidades?

  • Participar, em articulação com o Diretor Comercial, na definição da estratégia e objetivos do Departamento;

  • Coordenar a gestão do fluxo da cadeia de abastecimento;

  • Garantir a gestão do processo de Compra;

  • Coordenar o processo de gestão de stocks, definindo as políticas e o budget disponível;

  • Analisar e acompanhar os principais KPI's da área, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas;

  • Assegurar o estudo e análise de propostas de melhoria no seu âmbito de atuação;

  • Assegurar a gestão e animação diária da equipa;

Que perfil gostaríamos que Tu tivesses?

  • Formação académica nas áreas de Engenharia Industrial, Gestão, Gestão da Distribuição e Logística ou similar;

  • Experiência anterior em funções semelhantes. É valorizada experiência no setor do Retalho;

  • Nível de Excel avançado, aliado a uma forte capacidade analítica e de compreensão dos indicadores de negócio (fator eliminatório);

  • Sólidos conhecimentos dos conceitos inerentes às áreas de Logística, Supply Chain e Gestão de Stocks;

  • Capacidade para desenhar propostas de ação e de melhoria contínua;

  • Forte orientação para resultados e inovação;

  • Excelente capacidade para comunicar e colaborar com diferentes equipas;

  • Sentido crítico e autonomia;

  • Planeamento, organização e gestão de prioridades;

  • Flexibilidade, resiliência e capacidade de adaptação.
