  • Maintain accurate records of support cases, resolutions, and follow-ups.

  • Continuously stay informed about products, services, and updates to provide expert guidance to clients.

Who you are

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in technical support, IT, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally in an international team.
