Job Description

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex solutions using Salesforce Platform products and Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity). This role demands deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization. The architect works closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance.
  • Document technical architectures, system integrations, data models, and solution components.
  • Ability to complement defined Technical Architectures with PoC (Proof of Concept) prototypes, ensuring the development, configuration, and deployment of required applications and components in Salesforce.
  • Guide and support project teams in implementing best practices, coding standards, and reusable assets.
  • Guide and support project teams in platform configuration and administration.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Conduct technical assessments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform features, releases, and trends.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in Salesforce technology.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration (Platform, Sales, and Service).
  • Experience in the Telecommunications sector using Salesforce products.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, sharing models, visibility rules, and platform limits.
  • Broad experience in Salesforce platform configuration, security, and performance optimization.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) are desirable.
  • Knowledge of Field Service and Industries Cloud is a plus.

Language Requirement:

The candidate must have high proficiency in spoken and written English.
