We are strengthening our team and looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset.
Your mission
• Support the sales team in understanding client needs and identifying the right technical solutions
• Translate technical requirements into clear and accurate proposals
• Contribute to public tender preparations and complex proposals while ensuring full compliance with regulations and standards
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation for proposals and tenders
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, ensuring strong alignment between needs and solutions
• Support the full pre sales cycle through to close, guaranteeing technical accuracy throughout the process
What we are looking for
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Strong understanding of medical gas systems including oxygen generation, gas piping, vacuum systems and air compressors or related technologies
• Experience in technical sales or sales engineering
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and communicate solutions clearly to clients
• Strong commercial drive and ability to build long term trusted relationships
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)
