Role Overview:

As a E-Commerce Customer Support, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and positive customer experiences. Through clear and efficient written communication, you'll guide users, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a reliable and user-friendly platform. This position is ideal for individuals who appreciate structured workflows, care about customer satisfaction, and are eager to grow in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate when needed.

  • Consistently meet service targets, including quality standards and SLAs.

  • Stay updated on product features, platform changes, and best practices through regular training.

  • Maintain a customer-first approach, offering clear and effective solutions.

  • Share insights and feedback to help improve workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
