Je recherche un(e) Spécialiste Support Clients B2B francophone pour rejoindre une équipe internationale basée à Lisbonne.
Ce poste s'adresse à des profils orientés service client, capables d'apporter un accompagnement personnalisé aux entreprises, tout en assurant un suivi technique rigoureux. Vous serez un acteur clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients professionnels, en garantissant un support de qualité et une expérience fluide sur les plateformes de paiement digitales.
Vos principales missions
- Accompagnement client B2B : Fournir une assistance de premier niveau aux entreprises par téléphone, e-mail et chat, en répondant à leurs questions et en optimisant leur utilisation de la solution.
- Support technique : Identifier les problèmes liés aux paiements, aux comptes ou aux outils, proposer des solutions adaptées et en assurer le suivi.
- Gestion de comptes : Vérifier et mettre à jour les informations clients, assurer le respect des procédures internes et des exigences de conformité.
- Qualité et satisfaction client : Garantir une communication claire et professionnelle, en veillant à résoudre les demandes rapidement et efficacement.
- Collaboration interne : Travailler en lien avec les équipes techniques et commerciales pour améliorer les processus et garantir une excellente expérience client.
Profil recherché
- Vous parlez français couramment et avez un niveau d'anglais B2 minimum.
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience en service client (idéalement B2B ou dans un environnement international).
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et savez naviguer dans différents systèmes simultanément.
- Vous aimez résoudre les problèmes et offrir des solutions concrètes aux clients.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), fiable, organisé(e) et à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.
- Vous savez travailler en équipe tout en restant autonome.
- Vous êtes ouvert(e) à un rythme de travail par roulements (24/7) avec deux jours de repos hebdomadaires.
