Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão e desenvolvimento de clientes B2B (Tier II/III);

  • Relação consultiva e acompanhamento próximo dos clientes;

  • Identificação de oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell;

  • Articulação com equipas internas (Produto, Tech, Operações);

  • Negociação comercial e renovações contratuais;

  • Acompanhamento de métricas e crescimento de conta.

Requisitos:

  • +3 anos de experiência em funções de Account B2B;

  • Experiência em tecnologia / SaaS (obrigatório);

  • Forte capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento;

  • Perfil autónomo e orientado a resultados;

  • Fluência em português e inglês (ES/FR são valorizados);

  • Experiência em Rent-a-Car / Mobilidade é uma mais-valia.
