ROLE

Diagnose and resolve high-impact operational challenges;

Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and completion;

Ensure alignment between teams and the company's strategic direction;

Leverage data and insights to support strategic decision-making;

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation;

Contribute to the definition and refinement of the overall business strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus;

3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or project management;

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills;

Ability to perform in a fast-moving, multitasking environment;

Proven leadership and ability to work autonomously across functions.
