Vitamin Well Group is growing fast in Portugal (managed through our distributor partner), with Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well gaining momentum across fitness, retail and lifestyle.

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Portugal
to drive our local presence — bringing the brands into gyms, events and everyday moments across the market.

About The Role
As our first
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Portugal
, you will manage the day-to-day marketing activation for Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well in the local market, combining practical execution with a strong focus on social media.

A key part of your role is identifying and capturing what matters in the market — activity in gyms, events, sampling, creators and community touchpoints — and turning it into relevant content for TikTok and Instagram. You will film, photograph, spot trends and share insights to ensure our social presence reflects what is happening locally.

You will also organise and support marketing initiatives such as events, sampling and partnerships, ensuring they run smoothly and follow our brand guidelines.

The role is full time and based in Lisbon. You will report to the Head of Marketing Spain and work closely with the team in Madrid, as well as the Global Social and Global Marketing teams in Stockholm.

In short, your responsibilities will include
Social media activation

• Capture content from gyms, events, sampling and community activity (video + photo).
• Film short-form material suitable for TikTok and Instagram.
• Spot local trends and share insights with the global social team.
• Support localised content for the Portuguese market.
• Help ensure our social presence reflects what is happening in the market.

On-the-ground activation

• Support events, sampling initiatives, sponsorship deliveries and product launches.
• Build relationships with gyms, athletes, creators, communities and local partners.
• Secure consistent and professional marketing execution at all activities.

Marketing coordination

• Manage requests and information flow between Portugal, Spain and global teams.
• Coordinate product samples, assets and event kits.
• Track timelines, follow-ups and support aligned brand activity in the market.

You work with structure, react quickly and keep a solutions-focused approach.

You understand the pace of events, gyms and partnerships, and you know how to turn that activity into content that feels relevant and local. You see the angle, capture what matters and shape it into something that works on TikTok and Instagram.

Essential Skills To Succeed

• Experience in activation, brand support, field marketing, events or similar hands-on roles within FMCG, sports, lifestyle or community-driven environments.
• Strong interest in social media — especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Confidence in filming and capturing content (phone-first, short-form video).
• Strong organisational skills and an execution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in fitness, wellness and active lifestyles.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Based in Lisbon.
• Valid driving licence and flexibility to travel across Portugal for events.
