We're looking for a results-driven Expansion Sales Manager for Bolt Business. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple markets by building a strong pipeline, winning new enterprise customers, and expanding Bolt's footprint with multinational organizations. Your focus will be on executing sales strategies that deliver immediate commercial impact.

About the role
As an Expansion Sales Manager for International Markets, you'll be at the forefront of growing Bolt's enterprise portfolio worldwide. Your role will center on identifying new opportunities, winning high-value deals, and rapidly scaling our presence with global companies.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and deal closing. Success in this role means consistently exceeding targets, expanding our international customer base, and unlocking commercial opportunities that fuel Bolt's growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of your sales targets and delivering consistent revenue growth across international markets.
- Building, managing, and maintaining a robust pipeline of global enterprise prospects through proactive prospecting and outreach.
- Leading the end-to-end sales process: identifying opportunities, pitching Bolt Business solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
- Gathering insights and feedback from top global accounts to influence product development and ensure Bolt Business solutions meet enterprise client needs.
- Driving expansion within existing multinational accounts by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with local market teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and seamless onboarding of new clients.
About you:
- You have 6–8 years of proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within high-growth sectors such as technology, SaaS, mobility, or shared economy.
- You're a strong deal-closer with a track record of exceeding sales quotas and securing large enterprise contracts.
- You're skilled in building pipelines from scratch, managing complex sales cycles, and driving deals forward with urgency.
- You excel in negotiation and influencing, with the ability to win buy-in from senior decision-makers across large organizations.
- You're data-driven and comfortable working with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) to track pipeline health, analyze performance, and optimize sales activities.
- You're a natural relationship-builder, able to quickly establish trust with stakeholders and convert prospects into long-term customers.
