As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting and improving how we attract and engage talent. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process while contributing to projects that enhance our hiring practices. You'll have the opportunity to work with modern recruiting tools, explore new ideas, and help shape how we find and select the best people.

Responsibilities:
- You manage the entire recruitment process – from initial requirements to closing the position in alignment with the HR BP team
- With targeted and creative strategies, you attract top professionals and leadership talent
- As a strategic sparring partner, you collaborate closely with stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels
- You analyze relevant KPIs, derive actionable measures and continuously improve our processes
- Modern tools, platforms, and AI-powered technologies are part of your daily toolkit for sourcing and engagement
- You actively contribute to employer branding projects and enhance Zumtobel Group's visibility as an attractive employer
- You stay ahead of market trends, spot new developments early, and integrate innovative approaches into our recruiting strategy
Skills & Experience:

Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection.
- You have hands-on recruiting experience – whether from an agency or an in-house environment doesn't matter, or you are interested in developing in this area
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, Italian and French
- Direct sourcing, active candidate engagement, and interviewing
- You're a persuasive communicator and build trust with stakeholders through empathy, clarity, and conviction
- You don't just try out new technologies, tools, and AI solutions – you apply them effectively and with purpose (e.g. co-pilot, canva, …)
- KPIs aren't just numbers to you – you use them to make smart, data-driven decisions
