Project

We are looking for an Application Production Support Engineer to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous evolution of our client Data Governance applications. This role is essential to ensuring the quality of the service in production, acting both reactively and preventively.

Role

  • Ensure the technical and functional operation of applications in production
  • Monitor critical processes (batch, transfers, workflows)
  • Manage releases and changes in the production environment
  • Respond to incidents and implement preventive measures based on automation and data analysis
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to align production and infrastructure requirements
  • Integrate applications based on existing products and services
  • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation

We are looking for

  • Experience with Unix/Linux systems
  • Shell and Python scripting
  • Knowledge of DevOps: Ansible, TeamCity, Jenkins, Kubernetes
  • Data modeling, architecture, and SQL
  • Knowledge of Java (valued)
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and work in a team
