Requirements

-Experiência comMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Field Service -Bons conhecimentos daPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) -Experiência em ambientes de serviços no terreno (fieldoperations, scheduling, asset management) -Capacidade de recolher e analisar requisitos funcionais -Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar com diferentesstakeholders -Certificações MicrosoftDynamics 365 (Field Service / Power Platform) -Experiência com integrações via APIs ou Azure -Conhecimentos de Customer Service ou outros módulos doDynamics 365 Responsabilidades -Analisar requisitos de negócio e traduzi -los em soluçõesfuncionais com Dynamics 365 Field Service -Configurare personalizar o Dynamics 365 Field Service (work orders, agreements,scheduling, assets, inspections, etc.) -Apoiar a integração com outros módulos do Dynamics 365(Customer Service, Sales, Power Platform, etc.) -Trabalhar com equipas técnicas na definição de integrações,extensões e automações -Apoiar testes funcionais, UAT e atividades de go -live -Prestar suporte pós -implementação e propor melhoriascontínuas -Criar e manter documentação funcional e técnica -Apoiar utilizadores finais através de formação eacompanhamento Benefits - Evolução profissional; - Pacote salarial de acordo com a função; - Formação complementar; - Integração numa equipa dinâmica e motivada para a função.
