What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Channel Business Development Associate to join our Channel Sales team. In this position, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening AnyDesk's partner ecosystem across Eastern Europe. You'll work closely with our distributors, Channel Account Managers, and Channel Marketing team to identify, onboard, and activate new resellers, ensuring they are set up for success.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Identify and recruit new resellers in Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on the Polish market
  • Manage inbound and outbound partner leads, qualify opportunities, and drive onboarding until the first sale
  • Collaborate closely with distributors to support joint recruitment and activation efforts
  • Coordinate with Channel Account Managers to ensure smooth partner handover and engagement
  • Work with Channel Marketing on local campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives
  • Track partner progress using CRM tools (Salesforce), ensuring all activities are logged and measurable
  • Support the Partner Program execution in the region and gather feedback from partners to improve our processes
  • Research and map the partner landscape to identify key players in IT, MSP, and VAR segments
Basic Qualifications:
  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong sales mindset - not afraid to start conversations and build relationships
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to find answers
  • Experienced in Channel Sales
  • Understanding of the two-tier channel model (Vendor → Distributor → Reseller)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish; proficiency in any other languages would be a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Previous experience in the Tech or Software industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who enjoys working closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Adaptability and resilience, combined with a hands-on mentality
