We're recruiting on behalf of one of Switzerland's largest telecommunications companies , and we're looking for motivated professionals to join their Customer Retention Team — remotely . If you're ready for a new challenge, bring your talent and join us Responsibilities As a Customer Support Agent in the retention line, your primary mission is to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction by: Addressing customer complaints, billing issues, and service concerns Identifying cancellation reasons and proposing tailored solutions Offering promotions, discounts, or upgrades to maintain customer loyalty Creating a positive customer experience and reinforcing brand trust Requirements Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and persuasion skills Previous sales experience is a plus Call center or customer service experience Solution-oriented mindset and customer-centric approach Strong PC literacy and ability to work with various systems Residency in Portugal and ability to work remotely Commitment to a long-term project What We Offer Full paid training (1 month): Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Base salary : €900 gross/month ×14 Performance bonus : up to €360/month ×12 Language allowance : €150/month (English) + €350/month (German) ×13 Meal allowance : €9.60/day worked ×11 months Flex work allowance : €60/month ×11 Health insurance starting from the 3rd month Fully remote position with all equipment provided Location: Anywhere in Portugal (Remote) Ready to deliver exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic international environment?
